Responsible for sending out data validation to all parties doing GSM, UMTS, and LTE700/2100 Ericsson new site build work. Validation of data between ATT internal database CASPR, CSS, CTS, Siterra and redline construction drawings, File net, Auto forms, validation of latitude and longitude for PSAP testing, RF RFDS drawings vs. what equipment has been issued to the field, EDP report vs. sites RNDCIQ data, equipment validation LTE 700 hardware and antenna type, coordination between turf vendor and modification team on deliverables for final integration. Responsible for daily deliverables from Site Acquisition, Construction complete thru Integration of full build sites. Upgrading existing Legacy sites and temporary sites to permanent build sites. Duties included supervising 30+  personnel field engineers, senior field technicians, and junior field technicians on daily deliverables of 3g/4g LTE fiber and TDM migrations, 3G/4G ATP, and alarm clearing. Control the work flow by scheduling and assigning work using information on Sprint’s Siterra/P6 database, gathering information through turf vendor feedback on construction complete dates, forecast dates, and EVC telco operational dates. Sent out daily and weekly progress reports.  In charge of actualizing milestone Siterra Task 482 after power to the sites was verified and cabinet set by vendor. Coordinate and strategize team work to resolution on M1 and M2 cluster launches.  Also coordinated logistics between vendors and ordering equipment for our team on defective parts. Prioritize work between RAN commissioning, RF team, tier one vendors, logistics and Sprint Management feedback. Prepared the carrier add project 12.3 and 13.1., which requires the ordering of all additional cards while preparing to coordinate with team on next month deliverable.

designs.                 Verizon Wireless Telecom Contractual Consulting Assignments, Phoenix Arizona

                Project Engineer, Field construction manager for Verizon Wireless on a Motorola to Lucent change out project.

The Project consisted of drafting more than 800 cell sites in Arizona, New Mexico, and El Paso. Layout design/auditing for all equipment plans, cable rack plans, tower elevation, compound drawing, focusing on Lucent equipment, power distribution bays and battery systems. Insured project tracker deadlines by communicating with all players on their deliverables. Responsible for creating microwave interconnect drawings on all Southwestern Markets showing all DS1, DS3, future capacities, and proposed circuits. The Project included Arizona, Southern California, New Mexico, and El Paso Texas sites.

                 Architectural Engineer Coordinator, Worked on the first phase of a Cricket Communications launch with more

                 than 300 Lucent cell sites. Assisted in coordination and management of third party architectural firms, engineering

                 firms, in house construction management, site acquisitions, general contractors, and sub-contractors.  

                 Preformed site walks with contractor teams.  Ensured project tracker deadlines by reviewing zoning drawings,

               construction drawings, preparing bid packages, maintaining architectural construction packages, ordering

              and reviewing structural assessments, foundation designs, soil reports, and power site designs. Assisted

              site acquisition team and RF engineering with placement or key location of network intercellular search

             rings or footprints.

 

Nortel Networks, Telecom Contractual Consulting Assignments, Phoenix Arizona

Network Integration Engineer, Assisted and provided technical support in the cutover and optimization to two large

Major AT&T Wireless DMS100 MTX switches, Phoenix I and Phoenix II, with more than 240 TDMA cell sites.

Resolved on going cell site problems during the integration, assisted in Radio Frequency drive testing using test

handsets, testing software, access to the HLR/VLR subsections of the MTX, data analysis, and verified MTX logs. 

Assisted in the cut over of Las Vegas NV, Stockton CA., and Portland OR. Became heavily involved in establishing and

trouble shooting an intercell communication network that employed the Nortel Site Manager (NSM) and Bay

Networks Router. Remained on site for six month after cutover, as an assistant Subject Matter Expert (SME),

conducting routine maintenance to the DMS100 MTX and trained incoming customer personnel. Maintenance

agreement included: NOC support, Loading peripherals, checking critical, major, and minor alarms,

download software, trouble shooting T1/spans, wire wrapping, completing the circuit by analyzing cable

termination, trouble shooting with manuals, following Customers MOP, resetting cards and BTS units, or replacing
